Cd37; Is there hope?

I want to believe I’m not out. I ovulated on CD25. Today is CD37, normally have a 37-39 day cycle. It’s probably my period coming, but normally I have cramping on both sides, not just one. What do we think the odds are of this being implantation cramping? It started yesterday (so 11dpo), has stayed on left side, and is intermittent. I know implantation can happen up to 12dpo, so I’m clinging on to hope. Anyone have a “late” implantation that they’re aware of?
