Will my baby be okay if she bumped the side of her head on the side of the cribs changing pad?

I was changing my baby, she loves to roll onto her stomach every time I try to change her on the changing pad. This time she was half asleep when she did it. Was getting her diaper ready before I flip her back to her stomach and within that one second she swings her head fast and hard, hits her head on the side of the changing pad. I hear this loud boom. I’am not sure if it’s also because the crib is made out of wood and easily makes noises. But she did cry after one second of that and slowly stopped crying after I try soothing her right away. I’am just concern the amount of times she bumps her head in the crib and this one time on the side of the changing pad, she’ll have any kind of brain issues down the line. God forbid of course. I don’t feel comfortable having pads around the crib. What can I do to avoid my baby bumping her head so much I’m the crib? It worries me it’s been 5 months of her bumping her head. Ever since she learned to sit up and stand up in the crib. I feel frustrated.
