Gained roughly 10 lbs in a month?!
Went for a doctors appointment today at 25 weeks+2 days and I was 10 lbs heavier (after breakfast, with clothes/shoes on, etc) than my appointment a month ago.
I’m 5’5” and I was 150 when I got pregnant. This makes for 16 lbs weight gain thus far.
Normal?! I’m trying to eat mostly good but i do snack and have sweets a couple times a week and I do strength training/light HIIT or yoga 4-5 days a week for usually 45 min to an hour, but sometimes 30 min only.
I just don’t want to gain too much but also don’t want to restrict myself.
Normal? Help!
