So my boyfriend fingered me 2-3 days ago but afterwards I started bleeding (the blood was quite reddish, similar to period blood). The bleeding wasn't that heavy but it's more than spotting. The day after that, there were few drips of blood but it stopped the next day (which is today). So I just recently checked my discharge, and to my surprise it looked like this (there seems to be a mixture of brown to white clots and a clear discharge).

Can someone explain why it looked like this? Responses are very much appreciated.
