Clearblue Advance Digital OPK’s

What’s everyone’s opinion/experience with the clearblue advance digital OPK’s? I started taking them on CD 12 and have had 1 low day and 10 days of flashing smileys (high) with no peak. It is now CD 19 and got another high today... did I not ovulate?
