Today I was sent to labor and delivery for a second time in less than a week due to high blood pressure. I’ve had consistently high readings my last 4 appointments at the office, but it’s always normal at the hospital and they’re finding that my bloodwork is fine as well. They did say i have protein in my urine and they’re having me to a 24 hour urine collection. Has anyone ever had anything similar happen? What ended up happening? They haven’t diagnosed me with preeclampsia or hypertension but I’m concerned with my constant high blood pressure readings at the office. The doctor said I probably won’t make it to my due date and they’re hoping to keep baby in for at least 1 more month. Will they keep sending me to the hospital every week if my blood pressure is high at every appointment?
