8 weeks pregnant

Does anyone else’s symptoms come and go? One week you feel fine and then the next you feel your absolute worse lol. That’s currently me rn! My nausea was so mad yesterday and the days before, I couldn’t keep anything down.. now today my nausea isn’t too bad and I finally had a good meal to eat lol
