Hey ladies I have a few questions I’m starting vaginal progesterone suppositories this cycle to hopefully prevent another miscarriage if I get pregnant again

Mine did not come with an applicator, can I insert using coconut oil?

Do you actually feel it melting and leaking out?

Do you need a panty liner or pad?

Since I plan to do this before bedtime, then should I lay with a towel overnight?

Any other tips or warnings would be appreciated ❤️
