So my manager has been in the hospital for two weeks going on three weeks fighting for his life because of covid. He’s a big guy with health issues. So he’s been on the ventilator for those two weeks. His kidney failed and ect. My job has already posted his position!! We’re not even fully open because of covid we’re more short in staff if anything and they haven’t hired one person for staff. I work at a retirement home so we need as much staff as possible. But why were they so quick to post my manager position as if they’re for sure he won’t make it! This goes to show these jobs don’t give a damn about you. And the messed up part about it is my manager kept saying he needs to take off he needs a break but he didn’t want to because he didn’t want to leave us short.
