A little worried

So I found out I’m 5 weeks preggers, call the doctors and waiting for midwife to call in the next week to organise first appointment. I’m in the U.K...

So last two days I had lower cramping, would show up a few hours then disappear. Today its very mild thankfully but it could be cause I’ve laid down all day.

Now today I have a headache and diarrohea... should I be worried?
