Diva Cup removal tricks?!

Question

So I'm trying the diva cup, I got it in with ease and without pain but my cramps are so severe that I haven't been able to get it out without major pain. I'm worried that it's really full and I'll start leaking soon... Does anyone have any tips or tricks to get it out????

I've tried googling it and done all the things but my cervix is so high right now, I can barely even reach to grab the stem much less get to the rim to break the seal....

Ok so this sounds SUPER WEIRD but it might work for you for one of 2 reasons. To either A) help relieve your cramps and or to 
B) make it easier to relax and bear down to push the cup down so you can reach it. 
Get yourself aroused...if you are comfortable with it. Certain orgasms that don’t include penetration release the same feel good hormones and can help relax you and tame your cramps. 
It’s so hard to do but the most important thing is to not panic, it’s not going anywhere and will come out. 
I panicked one time thinking it was stuck and pulled on the stem so hard with my nails bc that’s all I could reach that I broke the stem...oops!

Break  the seal. Push the one side of the cup toward the other side to release the suction. Then it should just slide out.

The first time I used mine I freaked because I couldn't grab it to get it out. Then I put a foot up, still couldn't do it. I ultimately took it out the first time in the shower with a foot up, the water helped lubricate me a tiny bit and I pushed . Once I pushed and I could pinch the stem, I held onto it so I could wait and push again, then a little bit more each time.  I felt like it was full and going to spill out and by the time I got it out,, 10 mins later,, in the shower it wad only half full!! I hope this helps you in the future!

If it is full, it comes off really easy! Truly, then the suction is lost.
But the easiest way is to pinch the down part of it to get the air in. Like imagine you have sucked your mouth into a coffecup, just pulling hurts, and you should not do it. You either wiggle it, or if you pinch the down part, it makes edges move and gets the air in, that makes it easy to pull out.

I haven’t personally tried it but I have herd of people in this situation where they can’t break the seal take like the handle end of a spoon and get it up around the edge and break the seal.

If fingers aren’t working to break the seal or it’s just too high to reach , sit on the toilet (or don’t haha) and push as if you were going to poop. A little tmi but I know for me whenever I have to go, the cup usually becomes unsealed and comes down has to be pushed back up. And when I’ve later had issues with the cup being too high up, “pushing” definitely helped 🙂

Try to use your pelvic muscles to push down I guess kind of like in childbirth but the way that I take my tampons out when they're full I literally use my pelvic muscles to push down and it will come out but that's tampons but that's the only thing I can think of
