Seriously asking. Is it normal for 2 year olds to “play” with themselves? We are starting potty training and there are a few times when she refuses to wear a diaper. She sometimes touches her bum or other lady parts when nude. One day I was giving her a bath and she kept putting toys in that area. Is that normal behavior?

I don’t want to shame her but I am also concerned she learned that behavior from some where. Should I be concerned?
