Charley horse
Tips and tricks for charley horses? It’s not daily...happens maybe twice a week. I’ve never experienced them until now. One woke me up at like 4 am. My poor husband probably thought I was going into labor with the way I jumped and yelled. I could feel the big ol’ knot in my calf so I massaged it out but my calf is still sore. I do take a calcium supplement because I don’t consume very much dairy.
