PLEASE HELP
i’ve been having diarrhea for the past 4 days and i don’t know what to do. i’ve also bad stomach pains, a headache, and chills. i don’t have a fever but it won’t stop. i start school tomorrow and i really don’t wanna be having diarrhea during the first day of school cause i don’t know my way around and stuff, and idk if it’s a stomach virus but i don’t wanna miss the first day either. what do i do to make this stop?
