How much milk?

Jan 2019 babies, if you give your baby cow’s milk, how much do they have daily?

My son gets one cup (a full sippy cup) in the morning and sometimes one at night and that’s it

Richie gets a sippy cup of milk 2x a day (morning and night). There’s generally about 5 oz of milk in each sippy cup. Sometimes he guzzles it down, sometimes he barely touches it. He eats a good amount of dairy so I don’t stress when he doesn’t drink all the milk.

A cup in the morning and a cup before bed. Her sippys are 10oz cups and I don’t typically fill them all the way to the top. I’d say she gets approximately 16-20oz. I believe the recommended amount is 16-24oz per day
