Chemical Pregnancy/Maybe emptoic pregnancy

It was confirmed by my doctor that I’m having a chemical pregnancy. I had all positives last week until yesterday and today. My test are all negative now. My HCG was only at an 8.5 on Thursday. But now that my test are all negative, I have literally no signs of a period coming whatsoever. My last period was April 20 bc I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks in June. This was confirmed a new pregnancy by my doctor so it’s not left over HCG. Since last night, I’ve been so jittery, my heart feels like it’s gonna beat out of my chest, and I overall just don’t feel good but its not like the flu or COVID. The sickness all started when I spotted yesterday so I thought that was strange and I called the on call nurse but all she told me was to quarantine myself for 2 weeks. Even the emergency room told me not to come in. I’m also kind of scared bc I’ve been having some mild pains on the right side of my abdomen from my pubic bone up to the belly bottom line, it was a weird pinching pain.

Should I just wait to see if I’ll bleed here in the next few days and then call the doctors office? I’m just kinda nervous it may be an eptopic pregnancy. Both the nurses I talked to were literally no help at all.
