Decaf coffee ?

So I use to drink coffee every morning until I found out I was pregnant so I switched to decaf. Is it okay that it’s decaf or would you consider it the same as if I’m drinking the regular way ? I know it’s decaf but just want to be safe !!

I heard regular is better because they use a lot of chemicals to strip the caffeine out of decaf

You can also drink regular one. Just in moderation. I do take one mug every morning at brekfast.

Decaf is fine just look for one that’s had the caffeine stripped through the cold water method (not chemical method) I stopped drinking any form of caffeine before we started IVF and now don’t even like the thought of coffee!

I’d just have regular coffee. I think you can have 12oz of regular coffee per day, so 2 small cups.

You can drink regular 🤷🏻‍♀️ I drink 3/4 cups a day before, during and after pregnancy. It’s rare I don’t have my 3 cups at least. 🤷🏻‍♀️
