Maternity grant?

Hey!

I’m just asking around as I was going to apply for the sure start maternity grant from the government but I’m really confused if I’m eligible or not!

I currently work full time till I take maternity leave, and my boyfriend has recently lost

His job!

He applied for universal credit but wasn’t eligible 🤷🏻‍♀️

Does anyone know if I’m able to claim for the grant whilst working full time?
