People do all the time, but it has everything to do with how long your period lasted. Women ovulate on average 14 days after their period started. So if you are one of those people that ovulates right at 14 days, if your period lasted 13 days then yes that's very possible. If you are someone and your period only lasts three days well... you aren't going to get pregnant on day 4.
