Vitex dosage?
I ordered Vitex 650mg to help lengthen my luteal phase. The instructions say to take two of these 650 mg capsules each day but that sounds like so much. Has anyone here started with just one 650 mg tablet and noticed a difference? My luteal phase has only been 4-7 days long for the past 4 cycles since going off birth control.
