Prenatal vitamins
Im little concern, for my second and third pregnancy i took prenatal vitamins when I was trying to concieve. I just found out I'm pregnant with my 4th but I did not take any prenatal vitamins before. I get worried since I did it with my others it can cause birth defects or other problems if I don't take prenatal vitamins. Who hasn't took any and had a healthy baby. ?
