Pre-Natal Advice - Folic Acid
Hi all, its my second pregnancy, after one MC so I am a little nervous. I have started taking folic acid but not managed to speak to an actual doctor yet for advice as they are too busy. I did speak to a receptionist to make my first appointment at the maternity clinic but it's not until the end of August.
Is folic acid ok to take on it's own? Does anyone recommend any other pre-natals?
