Is this the second time the test was positive in the same cycle? If so then yes. That’s how I found out I was pregnant and then my husband went and got a pregnancy test and yep I was pregnant. 
We were doing natural family planning so I was taking ovulation tests every day and taking my temp and one morning I was waiting for my period to show up but instead my ovulation test said I was ovulating. But it was the second time in my cycle so yeah. It can show you’re pregnant. Take a test if you are close to when you should get your period.
