Period blood 🩸

Do any of you get white stuff mixed with your period blood? Like the blood looks like tissue almost...??? I’ve noticed my period blood being like that on day 1. My cramps are bad, and I bleed heavily. But I get those chunks with white stuff mixed in the blood.. and i get period clots.

Also anyone suffer bad bad migraines on day one of period?
