Anyone here get pregnant on femara/letrozole? If so what cycle

Got lucky and got pregnant the month before I were to start it.

Depends on the dosage. Did you already try clomid? Do you have pcos? 
We did 3 failed rounds of clomid. My doctor switched me to letrozole 5.0 still no ovulation. She bumped it up to 7.5 and I ovulated “like clock work” CD 14, implanted CD6/7 (positive test by CD 9 so I implanted early on) and I’m now 22 weeks with our precious boy!

Got pregnant on Letrozole 7.5. But led to a MC at 11 wk.  Dr started me at the lowest dosage 2.5 didn’t work so increased slowly till I reached 7.5 in total I did 4 rounds when I finally got pregnant.

I tried Famara first cycle.. then my sister was begging to go for clomid. Second cycle of clomid and I’m pregnant 🤰🏻 so idk if the second cycle of famara would’ve been my chance ?
