Baby registry ideas?

Hi!! I’m currently 10 weeks pregnant and I’m wondering what you ladies have added to your registries? I’m a first time mom so I’m not too sure besides the basics on what to add.

It truly depends - some ppl want all the gadgets and gizmos, some ppl are more minimalistic.
 •Car seat and stroller 
•Clothes (just a few newborn as they grow fast)
•Diapers and wipes (some ppl recommend stocking up on diapers but I would because some diapers fit a baby different)
• burp clothes, receiving blankets 
• medicine bag with baby safe items
• bath stuff (tub, towel, shampoo etc)
• bottles
• breast pump etc is optional depending on what your plans are for feeding 
• bottle warmer I found very helpful 
• somewhere for babe to sleep (bassinet or crib)
• seasonal clothes ( toques, jackets if baby is gonna be born in winter)
• change pad
• diaper bag
• books, toys (not necessary right away)
• baby monitor 
• baby carrier!!

Bows if it’s a girl. Milestone blanket for pictures. Sheets and crib mattress protectors. Diaper pail. Changing pad liners so you don’t have to go through a lot of changing pad covers. High chair. Microwaveable sterilizer bags. Nursing cover/car seat cover. Bottle warmer. Wet dry bags. Pacifier clips. Baby books and toys. Sound machine. Baby thermometer. Nose frida. Baby gym. Tummy time mat.

There are so many things you need, I’m a second time mom, but my oldest is 11, currently expecting my second baby. 
So typically you will need to start a variety of diff size diapers only because a baby grows fast. Also baby wipes. You need diff size bottles, I use the free from BPA.
You need a breast pump, receiving blankets and burping cloth. Lots of onsies also different sizes as the babies grow out of it fast. Diaper bag. Pacifiers. Socks, different sizes, mittens and belly bands for the belly button. 
Car seat, stroller. Feeding chair, bibs, mommy bag, crib, bather, bathtub for babies, baby blankets, receiving blankets, shower towels for babies. Baby teethers, nail clipper sets, booger sucker, cover up for car seat, toys, changing table, crib,  zippy cups, laundry detergent, babies shampoo gift set, Play pen, bottle warmer, bottle washer, wipe warmer, diaper pail, dirty clothes hamper. 
You can also get ideas on the internet. If you have a separate room just for the baby maybe a nursing chair.
