Is this peaking? Late + opk

I'm supposed to be 8dpo but I never got a + opk. My work hours changed drastically so Idk if the new testing times mean I didnt catch it or if I didnt ovulate.

Now being 7 days away from my *expected* period, idk if this is ovulation or a pre period LH surge.
