It’s cute but for me there is too much going on. I’d put the onesie and other accessories on a solid colored blanket. With a design on the onesie, one on the bib, a different one on the blanket, and the ultrasound, it’s a little busy. I didn’t know where to look first. 
I like the lay out though of the background was solid it would be perfect for my taste but if what you have is perfect to you then that’s all that matters!
