I woke up around 3am this morning with the most intense stomach cramping which felt like diarrhea cramps. I rushed to the bathroom but couldn’t go! This went on for 2 hours until I was finally able to relieve myself and this may be tmi but there was an unbelievable amount of diarrhea. I’ve been cramping all day (not unbearable) and am not sure what to do. I’m 9 weeks today exactly and had an 8 week ultrasound with a strong heartbeat. I’ve also had brown discharge this past week (strangely around the same time my period would start if I wasn’t pregnant). Has this happened to anyone before? My doctor is off since it’s the weekend and am wondering if the ER would do anything for me if I don’t have bleeding?
