Measuring ahead?

I had my anatomy scan at 20 w 4 days and the ultrasound tech said she was measuring around 22 weeks 4 days. So two weeks ahead. I guess that is normal. She weighed 1 lb 1 oz. she couldn’t complete the full anatomy scan because of the position of my baby and having her arm over her face so she rescheduled me to have a retake scan. I had that Friday at 24 weeks and again she said she was measuring big at 26 weeks. That’s all they said about it, but I’m wondering is she just a big baby growing at a faster rate or could I actually be farther along in my pregnancy than thought?
