Intense lower back pain
I’m 34 weeks and I’m having terrible lower back pain, where it hurts to walk. I don’t know what to do to give myself some relief. It feels like pain and tons of pressure. I know my little girl is head down and she is very low also so I’m sure that’s why I’m getting this pain. It doesn’t stop when I move and it seems to be mostly in my right back/hip area. Even down into my shin. What should I do?😭
