I am sick over this decision.

1.) Stay home- I can be home with my baby girl and watch her. We can afford it.. but I don’t want to ever worry about money/struggling ever. I also would love to finish my test (OAE teacher lisensure) and do student teaching and officially have early chidhood education degree. My bachelors in educational studies. Wouldn’t have to pay for a baby sitter. Could do house projects.

2.) Go back to work. (Head start preschool teacher). I love the ladies I work with they’re wonderful. I finally am happy with my job. I’m at the location I want, I recently got a raise, and I have a wonderful staff. If I stay home for a year my job will be gone because it’s in high demand where I’m at. I know it sounds so simple to quit but I don’t want to ever worry about money, I want to be able to get whatever my daughter needs or if I see something I want to get her. I want to take her on vacations. I want the benefits. (I could go on hubbys insurance). However I’m 2 years away from my company matching my retirement. We have to stay 6years for them to match it. I put 12% of my check before taxes in my retirement. I also would like a retirement and not have to work until I’m 70+.

Please no judgment or rude comments. I truly just need help. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Hubby is all on board for me staying home but I also am not good at quitting things once I start. 🤦🏻‍♀️
