Behavior issue

My newly 3 year old has hit the terrible 3's maybe 2 look like a breeze. I'm hoping maybe some of you can lend some advice.

Sharing is almost impossible, if there is a toy in another child's hand he will yank it away even if he isn't interested in the toy before hand. *Redirection doesn't work at squashing it.* It even can be food. He will walk over and take my chicken nuggets and say "These are mine."

He wants to be snuggled all the time. This isn't actually new but is worrisome because I don't want him to not be able to calm himself down. He needs snuggled many times throughout the day and this concerns me? Is that ridiculous? He can nooottt calm down until he gets snuggles.

He also will do things on purpose to get into trouble. For instance kicking over the laundry, I will try and include him in the laundry, i will try and talk to him while I do laundry...But no. He wants to kick it over until I put him in time out and then he laughs.

I'm not sure why he wants to be in timeout or why he finds it funny to be in trouble and I'm at a total loss for what do to next. He gets almost 100% of my attention. One on one almost always. Any advice???
