Does he have to go that hard?

I feel like my partner can only come after he's going extremely hard and fast. Is that normal? Like I mean really hard, it's not always fun and sometimes it hurts. Like sometimes it comes out and hits me in the wrong spot (Extremely painful) or it just feels like my bladder is getting pushed. I remember in the past enjoying sex quite often but now I'm just all tense and scared all the time which only makes it worse. Why can't we just go slow? Or not even slow just less hard? Also I'm pregnant so maybe that's part of it now too... But I just wish there was a way we could both enjoy it more.
