Extremely light period? Or implantation?

Hi girls, it’s been 3 days now I’ve been getting either this marking on toilet paper or brown to dark brown stretchy CM. Is this what you call spotting?

It’s nowhere near enough to mark a pad and it’s only there when I wipe, but not every time. This is my first cycle off the pill.
