Will this month be the month??

Period came this evening 😞
Hi ladies. so tomorrow my period is due.
Had some cramping over the weekend on one side. Was very dizzy and nauseated on Friday and Saturday and Sunday. Dr put it down to vertigo. 2 negative tests.
Had some light pink discharge this morning.
Thought this month would be the month but my period must be on its way 😞
