When is the best time to take an ovulation test? Should you still use first morning or is anytime ok?

Answer

They actually don’t recommend first morning urine for these! the LH hormone doesn’t release until you wake up so there won’t be a lot of it in your urine right away. They recommend mid morning- early afternoon urine, & early evening as well if you’re testing 2x a day, and also holding your urine for about 2 hours before you test
