Diet and pregnancy
So this is a funny question, what are you all eating that’s healthy right now? Nothing sounds appealing to me because I’m so nauseous and if I get a craving that’s what I eat because it doesn’t make me wanna throw up thinking about it. If that makes sense 😅😅 I’m feeling rather guilty because I’m not eating lots and lots of veggies and fruits. When I first found out I was pregnant, I was addicted to grilled chicken salads and now I can’t even think about eating one 🤢 any tips for this? I’m taking my prenatal vitamins daily. Or any of your healthy snacks or meals you think are good and easy on your stomach.
