Is it possible to conceive without getting a positive opk?

Sorry, but none of these look positive.  These actually look a lot like my tests did - found out I wasn't ovulating and my doctor prescribed clomid.

Unless you ovulate, you cannot get Preggo. Sometimes the line tests can be hard to decipher ‘positive’ when my lines get dark, I’ll do a digital to double check. 
If you’re worried you’re not ovulating, there is a blood test you can have done.
