Yup!
My very first pregnancy symptoms were normal period cramps, mood swings and hot flashes. The same as I get right before my period comes.

They're nothing alike in my experience. My periods are pretty uneventful. Just bleeding and occasional cramping. When I'm pregnant (before the positive, before the missed period), I'm nauseous,  exhausted, lethargic, i have a feeling I'm pregnant, and my husband tells me I smell pregnant.
