Hi. Not sure what to do.

I was taking a shower about ten minutes ago, and I started feeling light headed and dizzy. Then I felt really nauseous like I was going to throw up. I didn't throw up. Then I had a blood clot come out of me. Then I started shaking really bad and my legs feel sort of numb and tingly. Any idea what is going on?? Should I go to the Er? Or am I okay??

Got bc July 2nd. Had a period July 29-August 8th ( a really bad heavy one ).

Not sure if it matters but I also have a cyst on my left ovary. I’m not in any pain though.
