It says you should not use your first morning urine, you should use your second urine of the day but try to hold of having a wee for 4 hours after having your first one if you can, then to take another one around 4 hours after that one x

Never use first urine if you can avoid it! Your body doesn’t start releasing LH until you wake up, so your first morning urine won’t have any built up. They recommend mid morning-late afternoon urine after holding for 2 hours if you are only testing once a day
