I'm a bit scared to go to the hospital for birth. The covid situation is worrisome and apart from that, the doctors in my city have a reputation of preferring Caesarian over natural birth. We pay for everything out of pocket and both options are very very expensive.

I'd be more comfortable birthing at home with a midwife and my mother in law who has had 7 home births. Should I take the risk? I've been monitoring my BP and I'll be monitoring the babies position as well. is there anything I should know?
