Breastfeeding

Hi! Second time mom here. Didn’t produce ANY milk with my first one. Not really sure what happened but it was extremely heartbreaking. Anyone know if there’s things I can do now to prepare? This is probably going to be my last baby and it would kill me if I couldn’t breastfeed. Any tips appreciated!
