My wife and I are TTC baby number 1. We both feel like we are in over our heads already with all the research that we have done it with all the tips and ideas that we have read about. If anyone out there has actually done this could you please give us the real life tips and concerns that you have had personally while you are trying to conceive. For example how long did you leave your legs in the air after you inserted the specimen? Did you have sex before during or after insemination? How many vials did you use? Anything you can tell us would be so appreciated!
