Is it safe to workout today?

Last night I woke up to terrible stomach and back pain, to the point where it made me throw up. I called dr and she said she doesn’t know what to make of it but as long as I’m feeling better now and feeling baby moving still, she said it should be ok and to call back if I start getting any symptoms again. I am 8 months pregnant and feeling better this morning. Do you think it’s safe to workout today or should I take it easy considering last night?
