Bumps appear after scratching or rubbing
About a month ago I started experiencing these bumps that appear after scratching my skin. It happens daily.
They are itchy and the bumps are small and in a group. They go away about 30 minutes later. Antihistamines seem to help. I have scoured the web with no luck.
