Baby acne or allergic reaction?

I’m a FTM and our baby has very sensitive skin. She has gotten these bumps all over her back, stomach and head. No where else. I’m starting to think it might not be the normal baby acne. Any advice?

It looks like a heat rash, my 2 year old used to get them alot when she was a baby. 
Just check if your baby seems warm and dress them in lighter clothes or less layers.

My LO has the same thing. The DR said it was a heat rash.

It could be a heat rash or possibly a cows milk protein intolerance. Do a quick rub down with a cool baby wipe (water wipes work best for this!) and see if it lessens by the end of the day. If not, I would definitely talk to your doctor about a possibly milk allergy. My son has one so I had to cut out dairy and soy from my diet but it has helped!

Is it always there or does it come and go? Does not look like baby acne to me.
