Muscle pain after C-section
Has anyone experienced muscle pain/tightness after a csection? I’m currently having pain from my right hip all the way to my shoulder. It’s been going on for about two days now. Not sure if it’s from breastfeeding or possibly sleeping the wrong way. Just looking to see if anyone else has experienced anything similar. I’m about 2.5 weeks PP
