Hi moms, my 5 weeks old son hasn't poop for 4 days, he only passes gas and sometimes get fussy during the day, I have been pumping milk for him and breastfeeding, this few days he prefers drinking directly from my breast but only drinks for 10-15 mins at a time, when he feeds from a bottle he takes 60ml- 90ml every 2-4 hours, Do I need to worry about it or take him to the pediatrician? Thanks everyone for your reply, he finally pooped today after 5 days, it was a massive poo and looked like a thick mustard. I was relieved and dancing everywhere when he finally did😂😂😂
